Visitors will experience Neumann’s end-to-end production workflow, from audio capture and processing to monitoring and immersive audio production

Marlow, UK, June 2026 - The Sennheiser Group will participate in GearExpo 2026, taking place on 27 June at the University of Westminster’s Harrow Campus in London, with a showcase centred on Neumann’s comprehensive portfolio of studio solutions. Designed as a complete end-to-end studio workflow, the demonstration will allow visitors to experience every stage of the production chain, from recording and audio conversion through to monitoring, mixing and immersive audio production.

GearExpo brings together many of the world’s leading professional audio manufacturers, offering visitors the opportunity to explore a wide range of studio equipment, including microphones, audio interfaces, studio monitors, synthesizers, mixing consoles, outboard processors and software solutions. Previously known as GearFest and hosted at Tileyard Studios, the event has evolved into GearExpo and moved to a significantly larger venue to accommodate its continued growth and an expected attendance of approximately 2,000 visitors.

At the heart of the Sennheiser Group showcase will be a dedicated Neumann studio (MR3) demonstration featuring a comparative 2.1 monitoring setup built around the KH 80 DSP, KH 120 II and KH 150 studio monitors, supported by the KH 750 DSP subwoofer. Visitors will be able to switch instantly between the different monitor systems, experiencing Neumann’s consistent reference sound signature across the range – scaling in bass extension and maximum SPL while maintaining tonal accuracy in a controlled studio environment.

The demonstration will also feature Neumann’s reference microphones and studio headphones, covering the full signal chain from capture to monitoring.

Merging Technologies’ audio interfaces and Pyramix DAW are tightly integrated with Neumann systems, creating a unified production workflow across recording, processing and playback.

Neumann’s RIME immersive monitoring technology and MA 1 Automatic Monitor Alignment system complete the setup, ensuring accurate monitoring and consistent translation. Together, these solutions will demonstrate how Neumann’s ecosystem enables accurate and high-quality production workflows across a wide range of studio sizes, applications and budgets.

Selected Sennheiser studio products will also be on display, including the latest HD 480 PRO, HD 490 PRO and HD 280 PRO headphones, as well as the MD 421 Kompakt and MD 441 microphones.

“Our goal is to provide audio professionals with a truly integrated studio ecosystem – from the microphone to the final monitoring stage,” says Stephan Mauer, Head of Product at Neumann. “At GearExpo, visitors can experience how seamlessly our solutions work together, and how they scale across different studio environments and production needs.”

“The modern studio is no longer defined by individual products, but by how effectively the entire workflow comes together, maintaining uncompromising sound quality throughout the entire signal chain,” concludes Neumann's CEO Yasmine Riechers.
