The partnership will enhance smart vehicles across all global markets, including China and Europe, ensuring an immersive audio-visual experience guaranteed to give drivers and passengers goosebumps.

Central to the all-new #5 audio experience is the Sennheiser Signature Sound System, featuring Sennheiser’s superior patented audio algorithms, Concerto with AMBEO technology and Contrabass.

The highly anticipated all-new smart #5, which is set to celebrate its world premiere on Aug. 28 in Australia, will be equipped with the sound systems produced under the new collaboration, setting new benchmarks for premium in-car audio experiences.

The audio experts at Sennheiser Mobility are bringing a premium immersive experience to the all-new smart #5. Central to the audio experience is the Sennheiser Signature Sound System (with 20 speakers and a portable speaker), featuring Sennheiser’s superior patented audio algorithms, Concerto with AMBEO technology and Contrabass. The Sennheiser signature sound philosophy is to preserve the intent of the artist and present it with authenticity, so it is ensured that music in the car will sound like the moment it was recorded, bringing the listener closer to its favourite artist. As the highlight of the setup, a raising speaker with ambient light which synchronize with the rhythm of the music, creating a stunning audio-visual experience. With a peak output exceeding 2000 Watt, the system also supports Dolby Atmos, promising an immersive audio experience to leave drivers and passengers tingling and enabling real life sound to be experienced at a whole new scale.

As a multi-purpose SUV in the mid-size segment, the all-new smart #5 is scheduled to celebrate its world premiere on August 28 in Australia. In the meantime, the #1 and #3 will be officially launched in the Australian market.
