For the third year running, Kununu awards the family-owned company the Top Company seal

Wedemark, March 20, 2024 – The Sennheiser Group has been awarded the Top Company seal by the Kununu rating platform for the third time in a row. This rating places Sennheiser among the most popular employers in Germany, as only around five percent of all companies listed on Kununu receive this award. This year, the family-owned company achieved a rating score of 4.2 out of 5 stars. Sennheiser scored particularly well in the diversity and working environment categories.

"We are once again delighted with the recognition and the many positive reviews," says Jørgen Wengel, Director HR & Global Operations of the Sennheiser Group. "At the same time, this reaffirms our commitment to continue supporting our unique corporate culture and to invest in the development of our employees."

The family-owned company is constantly striving to create an engaging work environment for its employees. For example, Sennheiser offers the option of flexible working hours and locations wherever operational procedures allow. This contributes to a better work-life balance while simultaneously drawing in specialists who want to work for Sennheiser. For employees with young children, Sennheiser has its own daycare 'Ohrwürmchen' (Little Ear-Worms) at its headquarters in Wedemark. Sennheiser also makes a long term investment in its employees, for example through individual development opportunities. To this end, a broad selection of training programs is available. "The happiness of our employees is extremely important to us. Their expertise and passion are the foundation of our success. Together, we build the future of audio," says Co-CEO Daniel Sennheiser.

Diversity plays a major role in this, as it enables creativity, innovation, and new ideas. By signing the Diversity Charter in 2022, Sennheiser has set itself the goal of offering equal opportunities to everyone, regardless of gender identity, age, background, or experience. Just at the headquarters in Wedemark itself, people from over 29 nations work together.
